The Switch 2 19.0.0 system-version was shipped with launch-day retail systems.

A number of functionality throws a sysupdate message (this is with no Internet configured):

• Nintendo Switch Online, GameChat, News, eShop, GameShare, Virtual Game Cards. Album and Controllers are accessible.
• Nintendo Switch gamecards' icon/etc load, however launching requires sysupdate.
• The Software Update -> Match Version with Local Users feature requires sysupdate (via a S1-gamecard at least).
• Data Management -> Transfer Your Save Data
